I also occasionally get inquiries on subjects I know absolutely 
nothing about.  In such cases I usually just tell them to contact Nick.  :)

One of the things that always strikes me and humbles me about the SSC 
hot 100 list is how many programs there are that I have no idea what 
they do.  Alas, that doesn't keep other people from asking me about them!
