The answer No is clearly specified in the Statalist FAQ
which you are asked to read before posting. 

References: The reference details here are inadequate. 
See again the FAQ.

Previous postings: There is no reason for
speculation on this. Only subscribers may send 
to the list and your email address defines your subscription.
Also, it is not necessary to speculate because the 
archives give you an accessible record of what was sent
to members. See again the FAQ. 

Finally, I see no indication here that you have tried
to find what is available before posting using -search-, 
-findit- or indeed Google. Advice is also given ... 
in the FAQ.

terms may find existing members most unwilling to
