Objet : st: Multiple population strata reported in same table??

Bon soir et bonnes annes!

I have 3 variables (x1, x2, and x3) that ask the same question to 3 different populations (pop1, pop2, pop3). The questions each have the same 7 different response options (v1-v7). Is there any way I can bring all 3 populations together in one table to compare the frequencies of each response. something like...

Variable X | pop1Freq. pop2Freq. pop3Freq. pop1Percent pop2Percent pop3Percent
