Dear all,

Please teach me the meaning of "p"
values.

I frequently use "spearman" and
"regress" or other commands of more
complicated regression analyses.

Is the "p" value generated by
"spearman" one-sides, or two-sided?

Similarly, how about the "p" value
for each regression coefficient (i.e. slope)
after "regress"? I suppose this
should be two-sided...

Let me apologize for these primitive
questions.
