Dear Statlist

I am new to random effects.

I am trying to estimate the following by random effects GLS with cross-section data
lny = a1 + a2x1 + a3x2 + a4x3*x2 + ui + vj

where i and j are subscripts.

I am not certain what the precise command is. I would be grateful if anyone would let me know the precise command is. This has been done in the literature in the past with cross-section data.

If you need further information please let me know.

Thanks in advance
