As people new to Stata ways are always joining the list, 
let me point out that the parenthesised comment
below does not necessarily follow. 

Stata code published by the Stata Journal 
is available from the Stata website.
It may or may not _also_ be put by the 
authors on SSC, but there is no rule on
that. So the word "hence" is wrong here.
