st: decomposing earnings diffferntials witht xtreg, re

Hi,

Does anyone know if I can use decomp, decompose or oaxaca to decompose 
gender earnings differentials with the -xtreg, re- command.

If not, does anyone have any experience with decomposition analyses for 
panel data?
