st: update to descogini (Gini decomposition by income source) on SSC

 Main  Changes:

- The display of the table of results has been improved.
- The help file has been improved.
- An option that allows a relatively easy transfer of the results from Stata
to MS Word is now documented.

To install the update, type

 . ssc install descogini, replace
