I use Stata 8. Here is the output I generated. For the N(expov2), the
number is sth. like 1.80e+07, but I actually want the real number. How
do
I specify it?

   calmon | mean(expov2) N(expov2)
----------+---------------------------
 2000 Oct | .0634935 1.80e+07
 2000 Nov | .0559704 3.61e+07
 2000 Dec | .0599429 5.41e+07
 ...

------------------------------------------

You don't tell us which command you used to produce the output, so it is
a bit difficult to suggest anything. For some commands it is possible to
include a format option like format(%9.0f), but for your case I just
don't know.
