Thanks to Kit Baum, new packages are available from
tha SSC Archive:

(1) avplots4: Graph added-variable plots in a single image

-avplots4- is a variant on official Stata's -avplots-.
It allows a list of variables to be specified. Stata 8
    is required.

(2) cprplots: Graph (augmented) component-plus-residual
              plots in a single image

The package provides wrappers for official Stata's
-cprplot- and -acprplot- and may be used to graph several
    (augmented) component-plus-residual plots (a.k.a. partial
residual plots) in a single image. Stata 8 is required.

(3) cprplot2: Graph component-plus-residual plots for
              transformed regressors

-cprplot2- is a variant on official Stata's -cprplot- and
is used for graphing component-plus-residual plots (a.k.a.
partial residual plots). Stata 8 is required.

    Additional features (compared to -cprplot-):

    (i) -cprplot2- can handle variables that enter the model
          repeatedly via different transformations (for
          example, polynomials).

(ii) -cprplot2- can display component-plus-residual plots
using the original scale units for transformed
          variables in the model.

(iii) A wrapper is provided to quickly display several
component-plus-residual plots in a single image.
          Stata 8 is required.

To install the packages, type

 . ssc install avplots4
 . ssc install cprplots
 . ssc install cprplot2
