The original version of -locpoly- had a bug where it was not fully respecting
all specified graph options.

A fix to this bug was submitted to the Stata Journal, and appeared in Volume
5, Number 1, i.e. the current issue that is out.  Typing

  . findit locpoly

will reveal two packages, with -st0053_1- being the most recent and containing
the fix.

Note that since -locpoly- is unofficial code the bug fix occurred
independently of Stata 9.
