Possibly, Jeroen Weesie's -linest- maybe of use:

TITLE
      linest. Two-stage linear-constrained estimation.

DESCRIPTION/AUTHOR(S)
linest imposed linear constraints on the last estimation
results. This two-stage estimator is asymptotically equivalent
to the "true" one-stage constrained estimator.
