I need to estimate wage and hours equations correcting for selection.
However, since I expect endogeneity from one of my dependent variables
(children) I am using instrumental variables. Any idea on how to do both
corrections together?
I think I could use the movestay command, but I do not know if there is a
way to simultaneously consider the IV correction.
Alternatively I may write a ML routine, but I have no idea on how to do it
for a three equation model.
Any suggestion will be really appreciated.
Jimena
