For the last two weeks or so, installing -estout- from the net did
not copy all files of the -estout- package to the local system. Thus,
-estout- produced error messages such as
tab defaults not available (file estout_tab.def not found)
r(601);
for some people.
The problem is fixed now. To re-install -estout- type
. ssc install estout, replace
