The ipshin (Im-Pesaran-Shin) routine of Baum and Bornhorst has been
updated to fix a problem that prevented its execution with a numlist of
lag orders. Thanks to Herbert Br�cker for bringing the bug to our
attention. The revised version is available from SSC.
