Thanks to Kit Baum, a new package -kaputil- is available from SSC containing the following commands:

-kapci- and -kappaci- give confidence intervals for the kappa-statistic for 2 unique raters and 2 or more (non-unique) raters rating a binary outcome (following the pattern of -kap- and -kappa-).

-kapssi- performs sample size calculations for estimating the kappa statistic for 2 unique raters and 2 or more (non-unique) raters rating a binary outcome with given standard error.

There is some overlap with the existing packages -kapgof-, -sskdlg- and -sskapp-, but the extension to more than 2 raters is new (based on Zou & Donner, Biometrics Sep 2004).
