Thanks for your responses! Bill, the rensfix and renpfix didn’t do the trick. Buzz, I installed renvars. It is a neat command and does what I wanted and much more. Ronan, thanks, the for…rename option is a nice and simple alternative to _renvars_. A. Diallo: the for * command is even more to the point since I wanted to add a prefix to all my variables rather than having to list them all. Nick, thanks for pointing me to the updated version of renvars that that you programmed with Jeron. _foreach_ is probably yet another alternative, but I should be ok with renvars and for…rename.
