Dear Statalisters,

Carlo Fiorio presentation on "Confidence Intervals for Kernel Density
Estimation", Stata User Group- 9th UK meeting- 19/20 May 2003, refers to kernel
density programs other to -kdensity-.

The author refers to a -kernden- command that is a development of -kdensity-,
but as he says is similar to -kdensity2-.

Further he refers to -bsciker- (a program for bootstrap confidence intervals for
kernel density estimation) and to -asciker- (a program for asymptotic
confidence intervals for kernel density estimation).

I can not -findit- neither of -kerden-, -kdensity2-, -bsciker- nor -asciker-.

If Carlo Fiorio is in the list or another person that used these commands in the
past, I would be very grateful for any guideliness.

Many thanks in advance,
Dimitris
