though) reveals Stata's FAQ:
Since both the Durbin-Watson and Breusch-Godfrey tests relate to serial correlation, not heteroskedasticity...

Perhaps Stas was thinking of Breusch-Pagan, which indeed deals with H (at least in one test that pair has proposed).
