Hi all,
Has anybody out there written Stata programs for tests of spatio-temporal
clustering (Mantel, Knox, k-Nearest Neighbor, ...)? These tests use data on
events that have a spatial (XY coordinates) and temporal (e.g. date)
element, and use all possible (unordered) pairs of cases (i.e. (N*(N-1))/2)
in the data for their calculation.
I gues it is tedious but not extremely difficult to program. It would be
great if anybody who has done it before could provide some help or guidance.
Thanks!
Wim Bernasco
