I generated the tables in the paper for a latex document using est2tex & sutex.
I am trying to use the same commands to generate latex slides for the same paper
and ran into a variety of problems (e.g., how to split the tables across two slides, how to
shrink the font size of both the coefficients and the t-statistics).
Has anyone tries to do this and come up with any tricks?
