st: correct std errors with Quadratic Assignment Procedure

Hi,

I running a panel with bilateral trade data and I'd like to correct my
standard standard errors with the Quadratic Assignment Procedure. I
found a presentation on this topic by W. Simpson on one of 2001
StataUser meetings, but no program. Does anybody know how to do it in
stata or is there a ado file somewhere?
