I notice, when using StataSE 8 on OS X, that when you File->Open...
and change the file type from Stata data to do file, only the icon
updates, the text stays gray. Sometimes, depending on the icon, when is
is light in color, like Stata's, it's hard to the change. Obviously if
the file has .do on it, then you can read the names of the files, but
having the text turn from gray to black as it should would improve the
GUI experience.
