st: weighted long-rank test using log hazard ratio function

Dear List,

Does anyone know of an ado file, option, or other software that calculates
the weighted log-rank test for equality in survival curves weighted by the
log hazard ratio function?

In addition, an references and/or opinions on this method of weighting are
greatly appreciated.
