Hi Eric, it is not impossible to design a programme to estimate such
models but it is extremely extremely difficult and so I have not yet
found any of the kind. You may think maybe of grouping categories
together if possible.

Does anybody have an estimator for estimating random or fixed-effects
models for ordinal outcomes? Stata has panel estimators for binary and
nominal outcomes, but not for ordinal ones. Any help greatly
