st: Joint Estimation

Has anybody ever combined 2 data sets (if you are familiar with SP and RP data) 
to estimate a joint conditional fixed effects logit.

I use clogit to estimate each data set, the parameter estimates are similar, 
but don't know how to estimate the data sets jointly and control for the scale 
parameter in one data set.
