Hello all. I'm new to Stata and I'm looking for a simple way to
convert pediatric blood pressure to z-score-for-age+height, using CDC
or UK data. The zanthro command does an excellent job doing this for
BMI data, but sadly does not include BP data. Any advice would be
greatly appreciated.
