Dear Chamara,
You need to make your question to be very clear. I think what you want to know is determinant factors for household consumption, that is household consumption function. This will include both economic and non economic factors. Some of these factors abound in many Macroeconomics textbooks.

Does anyone know about what are the items should be included for
creating household consumption and good reference?
I am wonder whether we should include the income tax, expenditure on
REMITTANCES, CEREMONIES, GIFTS, ETC.
