Dear Statlisters
I recently ran - fracplot- command after doing -mfp-multivariable
fractional polynomial with -stcox-cox regression.
The graph I received with fracplot has -continuous variable- of my
interest at X-axis and at Y-axis the description I am getting
is-partial predictor+residual of survival time-.
It would be very helpful if someone can explain what exactly it means.
Is it -log relative hazard- vs -continous variable-? I am interested
in getting hazard rate or log relative hazard rate at Y-axis and
conitnous variable at X-axis.
Any description or weblink which explains it.
Thx a lot in advance
Vikas
