-search r(303)- gives more detail:

[P]     error . . .  . . . . . . . . .  Return code 303
        equation not found;
        You referred to a coefficient or stored result 
        corresponding to an equation or outcome that 
        cannot be found. 

So, this is serious: Stata obviously cannot constrain
parameters it cannot find. Most likely you made a typo
in a reference to an equation.
