As Nick Cox mentioned this morning, the SSC Archive (and other services, such as http://repec.org) has been inaccessible since about noon EDT (GMT-5). Actually it works just fine as long as you're on campus. Our computer security wizards made a configuration change this morning that had unintended consequences for this and some other servers, and they are currently beavering away at undoing the damage done (while continuously improving security, no doubt). The archive will return to public access as soon as they can get that straightened out. Thanks for your patience.
