Have a look at Nicola Orsini's -xbrcspline- program.
This was presented at the 3rd Nordic and Baltic Countries Stata Users
Group meeting in 2009. The paper from that talk is on the Stata

Subject: st: How to plot a mkspline regression?

Dear Statalisters,

I am estimating a piecewise regression (dependent var: a, independent
variables xyz) using mkspline.

Do you have any hint what's the most convenient way plotting the
results of the regression in a linechart (e.g. using a and x)?

Best
Christian
