The ado file sixplot has just been placed on ssc. This simple file generates six basic plots for data examination: a sequence plot, an rvfplot of the data vs. sequence, a boxplot, a plot of first differences vs. sequence, a histogram, and a normal probability plot. The sequence can be the order the data are in, or can be specified by another variable in the data set. This was suggested in Philip Good's book on Common Errors in Statistics as the fourplot. I added the rvfplot and the boxplot.
