I thought I should share with the list this neat trick that Bill Rising
showed us at the Italian UGM today - while in turn giving credit to Vince
Wiggins. It provides a one line solution to the problem recently posed in
http://www.stata.com/statalist/archive/2009-09/msg00590.html. You really
have to think outside of the box for this one...
