Dear Statalisters!

I want to calculate the standard error and/or confidence interval for
the linear predictor of a linear mixed model that is estimated with
-gllamm-. The linear predictor includes both the fixed and random parts
of the model and is obtained using -gllapred, linpred-. Any ideas?

Thanks, Christoph
