st: fixed effects ordered logit estimation

Dear all,

Does anyone know of an estimation command for a fixed effects ordered logit model? I have a panel dataset and already know of 'reoprob' for a random effects ordered probit estimation, but would also like to estimate a fixed effects model. Thank you for your help.
