Ashim - you mentioned -log2html- : you have the option of specifying
your own colours for the different styles that Stata creates in SMCL
using -log2html- options:

input(0000ff) result(00ff00) error(ff0000) text(000000) bg(ffffff) would produce
blue green red black on a white background

The colours are specified in RGB order in hexidecimal format.
