a)check if the coefficient is negative
b) divide the pvalue by 2.
Reject null if p value is significant or if coefficient is positive.
Do NOT reject the null if the coefficient is positive, as the estimated C is obviously not less than 0. The null can be thought of as being equivalent to H0: c>=0.
