Might there be a difference between the icon you get when Stata is running
interactively and the one that occurs in batch mode?  In Win95, I also only
get "Restore, Move, Size, Minimize, Maximize, and Close" with the
interactive icon.

Huh.  I just get the menu with "Restore, Move, Size, Minimize, Maximize,
and Close" when I right-click on anything in the Task Bar.
