Hi -

I need to produce contrasts after estimating a GEE model.

Anyone know if contrasts can be done after GEE models?
Thanks!
Sarah
See if "test"; and/or "lincom" can help. These post-estimation commands can also be combined with "xi" if you are interested in dummy variables and interactions.
