I'm in a hurry so I'll look at this more carefully later, but I suggest you use the -nolabel- option and then refer to the equations as eq1, eq2, etc. Alternatively, you can refer to the equations as #1, #2, etc.

Putting constraints on the cutpoints does seem odd to me (what kind of theory generates the numbers you specify???) but I believe it can be done.
