st: Using ltable for small rates

I want to use ltable for a rare disease. The cumulative failure does
not reach 1%. Because of this the tables are not readable as I only
see 0s. I would like to have an option to express the failures and
Hazard ratio per 1000 or even higher. Is there a workaround?
