RE: st: Time series analysis by subsets within data set

Following my previous message, I suppose the essense of my question is this: 
Must I create a seperate data set for each customer in order perform a time 
series analysis on each customer.

I thought there might be a way to avoid this by working within one data set. 
 BTW - the customer name variable is a string.
