same parent firms in repeated investments. At first, i
thought to create id number of investment from the
same parent company. and then run conditonal logit by
using option" group(id of the same parent firms)".

However, some parent firms also invest only one time.
so, if i just sort parent company name, the
investment that didnot have repeated or no second
investment decision still include in the sample data.
but I dont know how to sort and create id because the
parent company name are string variables.

If you know the method, could you kindly answer my
suggestions.
Thank you very much in advance.

yours sincerely,
somsupa
