st: Pooled regression

Dear Collegue,

I am among those who have been recently introduced to stata. I trying to 
estimate a pooled cross-sections for 1997 and 2001...The units are 
countries..but I am estimating bilateral pair of countries for a number of 
industria sectors...The data is arranged as

Country   Partner Sector LHSV  RHSV1 RHSV2 RHSV3 etc..
 A             B         A       XXX     XX      XXX    XXXX.....

I tried the command 'reg LHSV RHSV1..2...3..Country* Partner* Sector*

Is this the correct command to estimate the pooled equation.? Am I missing 
something?
