The two files are icd9_cod.dta and icd9_cop.dta. They should be located in
"/updates/i/" folder.

. findfile icd9_cod.dta
C:\Program Files\Stata9\ado\updates/i/icd9_cod.dta

. findfile icd9_cop.dta
C:\Program Files\Stata9\ado\updates/i/icd9_cop.dta
