This sounds like a degrees-of-freedom problem, but you say nothing
about your model and show us no output. You might start by modeling
only the dependent variable. You are proposing to partition those 694
cases into a huge number of categories and, hence, have many empty
cells. If the DV works, but some very simple model does not, then you
might try a two-level model. HTH,
