Here is a little thing in Mata that tickled me once I'd worked it out. The Kronecker product (1..12)#(1..12)' is what in primary [grade [ ... ]] school we used to chant as the "times tables". Trivially obvious, I guess, to those very fluent in matrix algebra, but perhaps diverting to some others.
