A few weeks ago there was a question about copying syntax highlighted code
from TextPad into Microsoft Word. Below is indirect way to accomplish this:

 1. Open the file in TextPad and select the required text
 2. Use Edit -> Copy Other -> As a HTML page
 3. Open a new empty document in TextPad and paste the copied text into it
 4. Save the new document as an HTML file
 5. Open the HTML file in a browser
 6. Select the text in the browser and copy it to the clipboard
 7. Paste into Word
