Thank to Kit Baum, an update to my program margeff is available through the SSC archive.
To install it, please type
ssc install margeff
The new features are as follows
- margeff now supports tobit, cnreg, truncreg and heckman. The partial effects estimated are changes in the dependent variable conditional on the dependent variable being observed.
- Options nodiscrete and nooffset were ignored due to incorrect syntax specification. This is fixed.
- Weights were not correctly handled, and margeff stopped if pweights were requested or left behind by previous estimation. This is fixed.
- New option nowght is added. If nowght is specified, weights used in previous estimation will be ignored
